The purpose of the Hawai‘i Island Commercial Harbors 2035 Master Plan is to update the Hawai‘i Commercial Harbors 2020 Master Plan in order to provide services and capacity to handle the forecasted demand of 2035, while balancing with the needs of the users of the harbors community.
